Heritage Hills is a townhome neighborhood reminiscent of Society Hill, built between 1987 and 1997 in Washington Crossing. The neighborhood is located off of Taylorsville Road, 1 mile from the Washington Crossing State Park. The neighborhood was started in 1987 by Patrick T. Frawley & Associates and included the following models: Ashburton, Brighton, Gladstone, Hamilton, and Manchester models which have detached garages. For a while, the neighborhood was left incomplete until K. Hovnanian Companies took over in the 1990’s and completed the neighborhood by adding the following models: Canterbury, Concord, Greenbriar, Hawthorne, Lexington, Rosewood, Williamsburg which have attached garages. The Heritage Hills association fee costs approximately $285 per month and pays for Common Area Maintenance, Trash Removal, Swim Fee, Tennis Courts, Play Ground. Sol Feinstone Elementary, Newtown Middle School, & Council Rock High Shool North serve the Heritage Hills community.
